Lead the engineering design and technical delivery of C&I Solar PV and BESS projects.
Review and approve engineering designs, drawings and technical documentation.
Provide technical support throughout project execution, commissioning and project handover.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with South African engineering standards and industry best practices.
Mentor and support junior engineering staff.

Registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with ECSA
BEng/BSc in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 8 years' experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar PV projects, with BESS experience advantageous.
Proven experience in engineering design, project execution and commissioning of renewable energy projects.
Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Sound knowledge of South African engineering standards and regulations.
Must reside in, or within reasonable commuting distance of, Somerset West, Western Cape.
