Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in agricultural sales, preferably within the seed industry.
- Relevant qualification in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of crop production and agronomic practices.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
