Must have a tertiary Agricultural qualification such as a B. Sc. Degree in Plant Production/Plant Science/Plant Pathology or similar field of study
Sound knowledge of irrigation, crop protection, and plant nutrition practices
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to work flexible hours
Must have a valid driver's license with willingness to travel extensively throughout South Africa, including early mornings, late afternoons, evenings, and overnight stays when operationally required
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Planning seasonal trials.
Planning trial layouts.
Implementing trials.
Evaluating trials.
Capturing trial data and reporting trial results.
Packing trial seed.
Managing crops.
