We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Software Solutions Sales Intern to support our sales team in identifying business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and promoting our software solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and technology-driven solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in lead generation and qualification activities
  • Participate in client outreach through emails, calls, and networking platforms
  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Attend sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
  • Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and business development team

Key Requirements:

  • Completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Strong interest in sales, technology, and software solutions  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of software products and IT solutions is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work collaboratively
