Job Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests by providing a warm welcome and efficient front office services. The role involves handling reservations, processing guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate guest records.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Front Office Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Previous front office or customer service experience is an added advantage.
