Job Summary
The Kitchen Assistant supports food preparation and ensures the kitchen remains clean, organized, and well-stocked to facilitate efficient food production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation.
- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients.
- Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations.
- Receive and store food supplies properly.
- Dispose of waste safely and maintain hygiene standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate in Food Production or Hospitality is an added advantage.
Experience
- Previous kitchen experience is an added advantage.
