  • Translate management strategy into clear annual, quarterly and monthly operating plans.
  • Coordinate the seven-person core team and the ten Customer Engagement & Onboarding Representatives.
  • Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities and timelines.
  • Monitor implementation against approved budgets, milestones and KPIs.
  • Lead weekly operational meetings and ensure decisions become assigned actions.
  • Coordinate operational implementation of relationships with NCC, EIZ, TEVETA, Build It International and other partners.
  • Ensure formalisation referrals identified by the field team are properly assessed and progressed through the appropriate pathway.
  • Work closely with the CTO to ensure Phase 2 development responds to actual business and stakeholder requirements.
  • Monitor user acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention and revenue performance.
  • Work with Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success to convert opportunities into measurable results.
  • Monitor operational risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Support recruitment, team development and performance management.
