Job Vacancy – Operation Manager
We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Operation Manager to lead factory workers and oversee daily production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage factory workforce
- Ensure production targets are achieved
- Maintain product quality and consistency
- Instruct workers and monitor performance
- Handle worker discipline and operational issues
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth workflow inside the factory
- Coordinate with management regarding production activities
Requirements:
- Experience in factory or production operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage workers effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Ability to work under pressure
