Employment: Full Time

Rubis Zambia is seeking an experienced specialist to identify, evaluate and secure new business opportunities that support the company’s expansion plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and assess potential business locations and partners.
• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support expansion projects.
• Prepare business cases and development plans.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in business development, network expansion, real-estate management or franchising.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent project-management capabilities.
