About the Lubricants Specialist Role Reporting directly to the B2B Head, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that expand Rubis Zambia’s lubricants market share.

This full-time position plays a pivotal role in managing distributor and key account relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to drive lubricants sales growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts. Identify and cultivate new business prospects within the automotive and industrial sectors.

Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze market trends to inform decision-making. Collaborate effectively with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to optimize business outcomes.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in lubricants, automotive, industrial products, or related sectors. Strong commercial acumen combined with excellent analytical capabilities.
