Marketing and Business Development Officer

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our loan products and services.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or related field
• 2-3 years hands on working experience in marketing, sales, and business development in the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in microsoft office and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
