- The IT Manager is responsible for driving business digitization and automation initiatives while providing advanced technical support across the organization's technology landscape.
- The role serves as the bridge between ICT operations and digitalization, leveraging low-code platforms, reporting tools, and enterprise applications to improve business processes, eliminate manual work, and enhance operational visibility.
- The IT Manager also acts as the primary technical escalation point for complex issues and provides technical guidance and support to the IT Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Digitalization & Automation
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions to digitize business processes.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of low-code business solutions across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive activities and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain automation documentation and solution inventories.
- Support solution deployment, testing, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
Data & Reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reports.
- Support business users with reporting and data visibility requirements.
- Assist in improving data quality, reporting accuracy, and decision-making visibility.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Enterprise Applications Support
- Support business applications including D365, Microsoft 365, SENRI, and other enterprise platforms.
- Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors to resolve application-related issues.
- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and application adoption initiatives.
- Participate in testing and deployment activities for new technology solutions.
ICT Operations & Technical Support
- Provide second-line technical support for escalated ICT issues.
- Support administration of Microsoft 365 services and cloud-based applications.
- Assist with infrastructure, connectivity, and cybersecurity-related activities where required.
- Support technology deployments, upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.
Project Delivery Support
- Support the delivery of approved ICT projects and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing UAT activities.
- Track implementation progress and escalate delivery risks where required.
- Maintain project documentation and deployment records.
Technical Leadership
- Serve as the technical escalation point for the IT Analyst.
- Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to junior ICT team members.
- Promote technology best practices and continuous improvement across the ICT function.
Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit.
- Professional certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Azure Fundamentals, ITIL, or related disciplines are an added advantage.
- 4–7 years of experience in ICT operations, business applications, automation, reporting, or related technology functions.
- Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and cloud-based technology platforms.
- Experience working with business users to improve operational processes through technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
