Employment Information

 Main Duties and Responsibilities :


  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial and management accounts.
  • Ensure all tasks allocated to the finance team are submitted in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure statutory reportings are in compliance with relevant international accounting and financial reporting standards.
  • Ensure data integrity on ERP.
  • Ensure that sound internal controls are in place at all times.
  • Monitor accounts payables and receivables.
  • Monitor foreign exchange exposure and treasury related transactions in line with the responsibilities of middle office prescribed in the operations and compliance manual.
  • Liaising with and providing required information to external auditors, Tax Authorities, financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure good working relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching, training and professional development opportunities to finance team members.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge in Oracle Netsuite will be an advantage.


Qualifications & Experience :

 

  • Member of either ACCA, ACA or CIMA .
  • Minimum of 7 years post qualification experience.
