Junior IT Technician

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to end users (hardware, software. Basic application issues).

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of IT equipment and applications.

• Support routine monitoring of systems and report issues or anomalies to senior team members.

• Assist with user account management and access requests.

• Suppot documentation of procedures, issues, and fixes.

• Follow IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

• Support the development and implementation of simple automated solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bsc / BTech / BEng in Technology or equivalent acceptable qualification.

• Previous relevant work experience is desirable.
