Key Responsibilities
Program Planning and Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement empowerment programs, workshops, seminars, and training initiatives.
- Develop program schedules and implementation timelines.
- Coordinate facilitators, speakers, resource persons, and volunteers.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Coordinate venue arrangements, logistics, and other operational requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Empowerment Committee.
Participant Registration and Administration:
- Coordinate participant registration and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate participant databases and attendance records.
- Confirm registrations and communicate program requirements to participants.
- Monitor participant engagement throughout program lifecycles
Communication and Participant Engagement:
- Manage official communication channels for empowerment programs.
- Coordinate participant communications through:
- Email
- SMS
- WhatsApp Groups
- Moderate and maintain organized communication platforms.
- Disseminate timely announcements, reminders, and program updates.
- Archive inactive communication groups where necessary.
Digital Media and Publicity:
- Coordinate publicity for empowerment programs across digital and traditional platforms.
- Manage empowerment-related content on social media and other digital platforms where applicable
- Ensure program information is accurate, current, and professionally presented.
- Support digital campaigns that promote participant engagement and program visibility.
Financial Coordination and Accountability:
- Support preparation of program budgets.
- Coordinate program-related income and expenditure records.
- Monitor participant payments and registration confirmations.
- Track expenditures relating to empowerment activities.
- Support reconciliation processes and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Ensure accountability in all financial transactions relating to empowerment programs.
Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate vendors and service providers for program execution.
- Maintain productive relationships with facilitators, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare program reports before, during, and after events.
- Maintain organized records of:
- Programs
- Participants
- Budgets
- Reports
- Communication materials
- Develop and maintain templates, forms, and operational documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and archival of empowerment records.
Digital Projects and Continuous Improvement:
- Coordinate implementation of digital initiatives that improve program administration.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and participant experience.

Qualifications
