Workshop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all activities within the Engineering Workshop.
• Manage daily fabrication and manufacturing operations.
• Allocate work to artisans and workshop personnel according to production priorities.
• Ensure all fabrication is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor productivity and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process.
• Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and maintained.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with Production, Planning, Quality Control, and Management regarding job progress.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to workshop personnel.
• Complete daily production reports and communicate workshop performance to management.
