Our client, a well-known restaurant and hospitality venue based in Chamarel, is currently hiring a Waiter / Waitress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Handle customer requests and resolve any concerns courteously.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Working Hours:
- Rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays as per roster).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
