Volunteer Manager: Career Development

Brief Organization Introduction

Launcher Engineers Hub is looking for a Volunteer Manager to support its Career Development programme and contribute to the coordination and execution of career development initiatives.

Overall Responsibility

The Volunteer Manager – Career Development will support programme management and execution, coordinate projects and teams, engage stakeholders and contribute to career development activities. The role reports to the Career Development Director.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Engineering graduate with 2+ years’ relevant experience.
• Project Management qualification is an added advantage.
• Availability of 5–6 hours per week, with flexibility.
• Strong communication, team and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage projects, timelines, task allocation and deadlines.
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
• Creativity in programme management and execution.
