Voip Administrator

Our development is looking for a Voip Administrator to maintain,troubleshoot and modify the Vicidial system e.g. in both clustered and stand alone environments.

Key Task

Maintain Vicidial:

•        Establish and maintain optimal voice quality connectivity and efficient system operation.

•        Manage security and access to the system

•        Maintain archive system for call recordings

•        Install and maintain vici dial configurations

•        Upgrade software

•        Assist with the design and integration of Vicidial

Identify and Resolve Vicidial issues:

•        Work with the developers to modify the system that best suits the company requirements

•        Check that recordings are made of all calls

•        Escalate problems to IT and development

•        Scope solutions to new and changing business requirements

•        Manage tasks from testing to implementation

•        Write scripts to manage leads and associated vici dial data

•        Monitor performance of Vicidial systems

•        Troubleshoot Vicidial issues and outages

•        Provide training to staff
