We’re looking for a solution-driven Virtual Advisor to provide expert short-term insurance advice across both Commercial and Personal Lines. About the Role
You’ll work in a hybrid/virtual model, advising clients on their short-term insurance needs, meeting sales and growth targets, and ensuring ongoing client retention through portfolio reviews and exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, bankers, insurers, and advisers

• Meet or exceed sales and growth targets in a hybrid working model

• Provide compliant short-term insurance advice in line with FAIS requirements

• Review and update client portfolios regularly

• Apply sound practice management and ensure full compliance

• Service client requests promptly and effectively

What You Bring

• NQF5 in Short-term Insurance

• RE5 with Class of Business (COB) up to date

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Insurance sales

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Strong client relationship management skills

• Valid driver’s licence and own transport
