KEY REQUIREMENTS

10-15 years' experience in Credit Risk Management
Background in PAYGO, Fintech, Microfinance, or Consumer Finance
Expertise in Portfolio Management & Collections Strategy
Strong analytical skills SQL, Power BI, Python, etc.
MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Risk Management, or related field
Fluency in English and French is required

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead Group credit policy and governance
Drive portfolio risk analytics and monitoring
Develop collections and recovery strategies
Support investor reporting and risk assessments
Build and mentor high-performing teams across markets
