Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure professionalism, consistency, and operational reliability
Monitor and manage app orders daily to ensure smooth order flow and issue resolution
Assist vendors with app usage, menu uploads, pricing updates, and operational troubleshooting
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and customers to resolve order-related challenges in real time
Track vendor performance, attendance, responsiveness, and customer experience standards
Maintain organized operational records, reports, and vendor databases
Prepare weekly reports, presentations, and operational updates
Support market activations, vendor communication, and platform growth initiatives

Strong computer literacy and confidence using digital tools:Experience using:-Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets-Google Drive & Google Workspace-Power
Point / Canva-Chat
GPT, Claude, and AI productivity tools
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
Ability to respond quickly and professionally during operational hours
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Problem-solving mindset with high acclivance and reliability
Experience in operations, hospitality, food delivery, customer service, or tech startups is an advantage
