Training Officer

The Training Officer will provide training on standards to industry and other stakeholders to enhance their capacity in interpreting and applying various standards, thereby improving the quality, safety, and competitiveness of products and services. Responsibilities include conducting assessments to identify training needs, designing training programs, conducting training sessions, maintaining records of training activities, and preparing reports on training programs. The role requires a Grade 12 Certificate, ZAQA qualifications verification certificates, a Bachelor’s Degree in a Natural Science or Engineering, and three years of experience in training and development, preferably in a standards or regulatory environment.
