Job Summary:
Operate a Tractor-Loader-Backhoe (TLB) safely and efficiently for excavation, loading, trenching, material handling, and site preparation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the TLB according to operational requirements.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and report defects.
• Perform excavation, backfilling, loading, and material-handling tasks.
• Maintain safe operating distances and follow site traffic rules.
• Keep the machine clean and monitor basic operating conditions.
• Work closely with supervisors and other equipment operators.

Requirements:
Relevant operator certification/licence and proven experience operating TLB equipment, preferably in mining or construction.
