Job Summary
The Telesales Representative / Content Creator will be responsible for driving sales through outbound and inbound engagement, creating compelling digital content to promote the company's products and services, and delivering exceptional customer support. The successful candidate will play a key role in lead generation, brand visibility, customer relationship management, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies that enhance brand visibility.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests across phone, email, and social media channels.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and ongoing promotions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using designated systems.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
- Meet assigned sales and customer engagement targets.
- Carry out any other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' proven experience in telesales, customer service, content creation, or a similar role.
- Experience within the real estate, media, or related sectors is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging social media and marketing content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
