Telesales Receptionist Job Opportunity in Lusaka The telesales cum receptionist position is based in Lusaka within the Sales department and reports directly to the Sales Manager.

This full-time role combines customer interaction through phone communication with reception and administrative responsibilities, providing a vital frontline service to clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities for Telesales Receptionist Manage incoming and outgoing calls with existing and prospective customers.

Promote and sell company products and services effectively. Respond to customer inquiries accurately and promptly.

Maintain detailed customer records and actively follow up on sales leads. Welcome and assist visitors, manage reception calls and correspondence.

Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the sales team. Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized at all times.

Qualifications and Skills Required Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales or reception roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service focus with confidence and persuasive abilities.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Warehouse Supervisor Positions in Lusaka and Kitwe ETG Cure Chem Zambia Limited is also recruiting two warehouse supervisors to oversee warehouse operations and staff in Lusaka and Kitwe.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, these full-time roles demand leadership in inventory control, cost management, and compliance with safety and operational standards. Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisors Conduct daily spot checks on high-value and high-quantity products to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor and investigate inventory variances, shortages, and damages, holding responsible parties accountable. Manage operational cost centres including loading, storage, fuel efficiency, and equipment maintenance.

Ensure stock accuracy by reconciling physical inventory with stock records after deliveries and receptions. Verify that all sales shipments include proper documentation such as proof of delivery and invoices.

Report any stock irregularities promptly to management. Maintain an orderly and clean warehouse environment in compliance with local regulations.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. Required Qualifications and Competencies Diploma in Transport & Logistics, CIPS, Accountancy, or related field.

At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse management or control. Familiarity with inventory management systems; experience with SAP ERP or Tally is advantageous.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams effectively. Excellent numerical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication skills with management and staff. Sound decision-making capabilities.

Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory management KPIs.
