Telecom Software Engineer

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Telecom Software Engineer to join their team in Johannesburg. A tech company specializing in telecom regulatory solutions, law enforcement & public safety technology, and gov-tech digital transformation. We innovate to enhance national security, streamline operations, and drive digital transformation for governments and citizens.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure integration with MNO networks to monitor voice, SMS, data, and VAS traffic.
• Implement real-time tracking and reporting systems for telecom regulators.
• Develop mechanisms for traffic data aggregation and volume-based billing.

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in telecom systems and traffic management.
• Strong knowledge of SS7, Diameter, RADIUS, and SIP protocols.
• Familiarity with telecom taxation and billing systems.
