Rogers Capital Technology Services Ltd is looking for a for a reliable and courteous Tea Lady to support the daily pantry and refreshment needs of the office in its Customer Service department.

The Tea Lady will play a key role in preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors, maintaining cleanliness in pantry areas, and ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment at all times.

• Prepare and serve tea coffee water and refreshments to employees and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry kitchen and serving areas.
• Wash and properly store cups utensils and pantry equipment.
• Refill pantry supplies such as tea coffee sugar milk and bottled water.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies need replenishment. 
• Assist in setting up refreshments for meetings and company events.
• Ensure waste is disposed of properly and work areas remain tidy.
• Follow health safety and hygiene standards at all times. 
• Support general office housekeeping duties when required.

Candidate profile, skills & attitude

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. 
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Polite trustworthy and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•  Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
