Supervisor (Textile Manufacturing)

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Computer literate
• Sync knowledge advantageous
• Must have experience in the textile / clothing manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage production teams
• Allocate tasks and manage daily workflow and production schedules
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback
• Assist with training, onboarding, and staff development
• Resolve operational and team-related issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures
• Maintain accurate reporting on productivity and attendance
