Key Responsibilities ? Provide a range of treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies ?️ Conduct guest consultations to determine treatment needs and preferences ? Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, hygienic, and well-prepared ? Maintain high standards of guest service and confidentiality ? Promote and upsell spa treatments, retail products, and wellness packages ? Manage bookings and treatment schedules in coordination with reception ? Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering spa products and supplies ?️ Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times ? Collaborate with camp operations and front-of-house teams to enhance guest experience ✅ Requirements & Skills ? Relevant spa or beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent) ? Previous experience in a lodge, hotel, or resort spa environment preferred ?️ Excellent interpersonal and guest-service skills ? Professional appearance and demeanor ⏰ Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays ? Physically fit and able to stand for long periods ? Knowledge of spa products and treatments ?
