Key Responsibilities

Agentic Workflow Design

• Design and implement autonomous AI agent workflows that manage end-to-end business processes.
• Develop intelligent automation solutions for customer engagement, lead qualification, follow-ups, and complex enquiry resolution.
• Create scalable logic structures that enable AI agents to operate efficiently and reliably.

Enterprise Systems Integration

• Lead integrations with enterprise platforms, including CRM systems, payment gateways, and communication platforms.
• Develop and maintain API connections to ensure seamless data flow across multiple business systems.
• Configure and optimise integrations to support enterprise-scale operations.

Event-Driven Automation

• Build and orchestrate AI-driven workflows using webhooks, triggers, and event-based architectures.
• Ensure real-time synchronisation between AI agents and client databases.
• Troubleshoot and optimise automation processes for maximum performance.

Client Engagement & Solution Scoping

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and provide consultative guidance on AI implementation strategies.
• Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Testing, Quality Assurance & Optimisation

• Develop testing protocols to validate AI agent performance and reliability.
• Ensure workflows adhere to business rules, compliance requirements, and operational guardrails.
• Monitor system performance and continuously optimise solutions post-implementation.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

• Analyse key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Measure solution effectiveness and demonstrate value through data-driven insights.
• Support continuous enhancement initiatives across client implementations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience working with AI agents, LLM orchestration, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and webhook architectures.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and/or Voice AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and data transformation processes.
• Experience integrating enterprise software platforms and business systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
