Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager/Content Creator who understands fashion, branding, storytelling, and digital growth. We're not looking for someone who only posts on Instagram.
• We're looking for someone who can build a brand, create content that connects with people, grow an engaged community, and turn attention into sales.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
• Create high-quality short-form videos Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Develop creative content ideas that reflect the 2207 brand.
• Cover behind-the-scenes shoots, launches and brand events.
• Manage our Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Write engaging captions and strong calls-to-action.
• Respond to comments, messages and build an active online community.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements using analytics.
•  Work closely with the creative and production team to plan campaigns.
• Use AI tools to improve content planning, ideation and creative execution.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, content trends and social media updates.

What We're Looking For

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Content Creation or Social Media Management.
• Strong portfolio of fashion, beauty or lifestyle content.
• Excellent video shooting and editing skills.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva and other editing tools.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI or similar to support content creation and productivity.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Passion for fashion and premium brands.

Added Advantage:

• Photography or videography skills.
• Experience working with fashion or luxury brands.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
• Experience running influencer or UGC campaigns.
