SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE – LASER CUTTING /STEEL PROCESSING

The successful candidate will:

• Drive revenue growth in the laser cutting division
• Build and lead a dedicated sales team, including:

• • 2–3 External Sales Representatives
  • 1 Internal Sales Coordinator

• Develop and execute a structured sales and marketing strategy
• Ensure alignment between sales commitments and production capacity

·         Thinks in terms of profit, not just turnover

·         Can immediately bring work into the business

·         Has credibility and relationships within the fabrication, engineering, and manufacturing sectors

·         Operates at a senior level, capable of engaging both clients and executive leadership
