Senior Product Manager – Payments / Fintech Linbro Park, Johannesburg - Rneg

A leading payments environment is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, development, and commercialization across payment solutions. The role focuses on innovation, customer experience, commercial growth, and full product lifecycle management.

You will be responsible for:

Driving the product roadmap, identifying market opportunities, analyzing competitors, translating business needs into product solutions, managing the full lifecycle, leading go?to?market execution, collaborating with cross?functional teams, overseeing testing and QA, and mentoring product teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Business/IT), 8+ years in product/strategy/innovation within fintech or payments, strong knowledge of acquiring and transaction processing (card?present & card?not?present), proven commercial delivery, lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban/JIRA).

Strategic, customer?centric, strong communicator, analytical, resilient, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
