Minimum Requirements:
- CA and RA (Registered Auditor) | SAICA Assessor
- 5+ years' Audit & Assurance experience | 2+ years' Management experience
- Auditor General | Public sector Auditing | Tax | Regulatory knowledge
- Lead the Audit & Assurance Division
- Ensure IRBA | SAICA| Audit compliance | Review Audit planning | Execution | Completion | Quality control
- Manage Client relationships and present Audit findings
- Provide strategic Business and Financial advice
- Drive Business development | Tenders | Proposals | Revenue growth
- Lead | Mentor | Develop Staff
- Manage Budgets | Profitability | WIP | Recoverability | Debtors
- Strong Leadership | Strategic thinking | Commercial acumen
- Excellent communication | Presentation | Networking | Stakeholder Management
- High Integrity | Sound decision-making
- Valid Driver's license | willingness to travel
