Job Details
  • We are seeking a commercially minded and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager who will lead and drive the HR function across all subsidiaries while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
  • The successful candidate will oversee all strategic and operational HR initiatives including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, and culture transformation while ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure HR policies, employee records, and documentation comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of performance management frameworks.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
  • Identify capability gaps and lead succession planning and talent development programs.
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits structures to maintain competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Lead workforce planning and leave management processes.
  • Oversee structured offboarding and employee transition activities.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and compliance processes.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs and HR policies across business units.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Professional HR Certification CIPM, PHRI, SHRM.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience within fashion, hospitality, FMCG, or related industries is required.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capability.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong understanding of SOP development and HR governance.
  • Experience with compensation, performance management, and employee development frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR technology platforms.
