We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Auto Mechanic to oversee and execute the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of our fleet of heavy-duty trucks and heavy machinery (including excavators, loaders, and dump trucks).

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in both mechanical and hydraulic systems, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to lead a team of junior mechanics under demanding operational conditions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Diagnostics & Repair

• Conduct advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and complex repairs on heavy machinery and heavy-duty trucks.
• Perform complete overhauls and precision disassembly/reassembly of diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, and final drives.
• Diagnose and repair complex hydraulic systems, high-pressure pumps, control valves, and cylinders.

2. Preventive Maintenance

• Implement and execute strict preventive maintenance schedules to maximize fleet uptime and minimize operational delays.
• Inspect structural integrity, track wear, and tire conditions to ensure all equipment complies with safety standards.

3. Team Leadership & Workshop Management

• Mentor, guide, and supervise junior mechanics and assistants in the workshop or on-site.
• Enforce rigorous workshop safety protocols, including correct tool usage and proper handling of hazardous materials (oils, fluids, batteries).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, parts utilized, and repair times.
