Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage a large actuarial team across varying experience levels
• Oversee delivery of Life Insurance projects (valuations, reporting, capital, regulatory)
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications:

• FASSA (non-negotiable)

Experience:

• 8–10 years’ actuarial experience, primarily in Life Insurance
• Proven track record within a consulting environment
• Experience managing teams and senior stakeholders

Key Skills:

• Strong technical actuarial expertise
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
