Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily security operations.
- Lead and manage security personnel across assigned locations.
- Conduct security risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Prepare security reports and recommend improvements to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in security operations or security supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, corporate, or facility security is an advantage.
- Good report writing and incident management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
