Job Summary
The Sales Team Lead will supervise sales representatives, coordinate daily field activities, monitor performance, ensure excellent customer service, and support the achievement of sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma HND in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales supervision or team leadership.
- Experience in the mobile phone, electronics, electrical, accessories, or solar industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
