Requirements:
- 8–10 years of relevant professional experience
- Previous experience in a senior management, leadership or commercial environment
- Experience managing and developing a sales team
- Strong understanding of sales and business development
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to manage performance and drive accountability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
