Job Summary:
- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel's products and services. The role focuses on increasing room bookings, conference and event sales, corporate partnerships, and overall occupancy rates while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections for prospective clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients in line with company policies.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions to concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Follow up with guests and corporate accounts to gather feedback and strengthen partnerships.
Revenue Generation
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote hotel rooms, meeting spaces, banquet facilities, and hospitality packages.
- Collaborate with the reservations and operations teams to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing and Promotion
- Support the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and sales proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Maintain an updated database of clients and prospects.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.
