Job Title: Sales Executive – Catering Division

Reports to: Managing Director

Location: Sandton, On-site

Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years successful sales experience in a solutions-based environment
• Experience within the canteen catering industry
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Neat and well presented
• Self-starter and hungry for success

General Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain strong and professional client relationships
• Research industry trends, competitors, and market activities
• Recommend service and profit improvements
• Prepare, analyze, and summarize reports
• Maintain professional knowledge through training and networking
• Ensure confidentiality of company information at all times

Pipeline

• Build and maintain a qualified and traceable sales pipeline
• Update pipeline monthly and submit two days prior to KPI meetings
• Apply a systematic approach to targeting by geography or market segment
• Conduct telephonic cold calling according to schedule
• Maintain accurate activity and appointment reports
