Introduction

A food ingredient manufacturing company, based in Sunderland Ridge, Centurion is looking for a reliable and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help maintain strong customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.

• Communicate with customers regarding orders, product information, and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.

• Maintain customer databases and update records as required.

• Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing basic reports.

• Handle general sales enquiries via phone and email.

• Support the team with any other sales-related tasks as needed.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).

• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role (experience in manufacturing or food industry beneficial but not required).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

Package & Remuneration

R10,000 – R15,000 per month (depending on experience)
