• Have 1 or more years sales experience
• Have strong interpersonal skills & the ability to communicate effectively
• Be a strong combined MAINTAINER & HUNTER sales Personality
• Have a valid driver’s license & your own, reliable vehicle
• Be comfortable with a basic + generous, commission-based package
