About the Sales and Marketing Position As part of The Delicious Pastries team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, cupcakes, and bento cakes.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and marketing jobs in Lusaka who are eager to apply their skills in a vibrant, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of baking products and services by actively engaging with customers and following up on leads.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to ensure excellent service. Promote the brand through both online and offline marketing channels.

Create engaging content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, and reels, to increase brand visibility. Support efforts to expand the customer base and boost overall sales performance.

Candidate Requirements Age between 23 and 27 years. Open to both male and female applicants.

Strong marketing skills with the ability to respond effectively to customer queries. Proficient in content creation and confident in front of the camera.

Excellent customer care and communication skills. Must reside in Woodlands, Chalala, or Chilenje areas.
