Position Overview – Sales and Marketing Jobs in Ndola As a Sales Associate at Korridor, you will be the frontline representative responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

Your role will involve answering product and service inquiries, processing orders accurately, and maintaining customer accounts. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will also include managing inbound customer calls, resolving product or service issues efficiently, and preparing detailed reports. Building trust through open communication and going beyond customer expectations is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and order processing. Open and maintain accurate customer accounts and profiles on the administrative platform.

Coordinate between Sales, Finance, IT, and customers to resolve issues promptly. Identify and assess customer needs to provide tailored solutions and advice on available products.

Handle complaints professionally, offering timely alternatives and ensuring follow-up until resolution. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.

Assist with order placement, refunds, and exchanges as required. Manage Omnibus and FICA compliance tasks.

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support business operations.

Candidate Requirements Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• National Senior Certificate is required.
• Additional certifications in relevant fields will be advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and passport is mandatory.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of one year’s experience in sales roles.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong results orientation with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
