One of our clients based in Chamouny is currently looking for a sales advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Engagement & Sales:- Welcome and engage with guests in a professional and approachable manner
- Actively promote and sell products, services, or packages to visitors
- Provide accurate information regarding offerings, pricing, and promotions
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure a positive and memorable experience for guests through effective communication
- Assist guests with inquiries and guide them through available options
- Handle guest concerns or objections professionally and escalate where necessary.
Sales Operations:- Support sales processes including order taking, booking, or service coordination
- Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets where applicable.
- Maintain awareness of daily promotions, packages and operational offerings
Coordinations & Support:
- Liaise with operations, reservations, and services teams to ensure smooth executive of sales
- Communicate guest requirements and service details accurately
- Support front office or reception functions where required.
Display & Presentation:
- Ensure sales areas, counters, or displays are clean, organised and presentable
- Maintain professional grooming and presentation at all times.
Cash Handling (Where Applicable):
- Assist in handling payment, billing, or transaction processes when required
- Ensure accuracy and accountability in all transactions handled.
