Conduct routine safety inspections of buses and operational environments. Identify potential hazards and recommend effective corrective actions.
Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures. Lead safety briefings and awareness programs for drivers and staff members.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and safety concerns; compile detailed reports. Maintain comprehensive and accurate safety records and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience Required Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent. Relevant qualification or knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety and Logistics.
Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar safety role. Thorough understanding of Zambian traffic laws and RTSA regulations.
Basic mechanical knowledge to support safety assessments. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong familiarity with local and long-distance transport routes.
