Minimum Requirements: Previous management or supervisory experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant environment Fluent in both English and Afrikaans Well-presented and professional at all times Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and lead a front-of-house team effectively Own reliable transport essential Must be willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Key Responsibilities: Managing daily floor operations Ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Supervising and motivating front-of-house staff Assisting with staff training and performance management Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally Maintaining service standards and restaurant procedures
